This opportunity is ideal for an experienced litigator seeking a substantive role with significant autonomy, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of a sophisticated litigation practice.

About the RoleThe firm's litigation team represents businesses, developers, contractors, and other clients in a wide range of complex disputes across multiple industries.
Attorneys in this role will handle matters involving:
Business and commercial litigation
Construction litigation
Contract disputes
Shareholder and partnership disputes
Real estate and development-related litigation
General civil litigation
Alternative dispute resolution proceedings
This position offers the opportunity to manage cases from inception through resolution while working closely with clients and experienced practitioners on sophisticated litigation matters.
ResponsibilitiesAttorneys will play a lead role in all phases of litigation, including:
Managing cases from initial assessment through trial or resolution
Developing litigation strategy and case plans
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting and arguing substantive motions
Appearing as lead counsel at hearings and court proceedings
Conducting factual investigations and legal research
Advising clients on litigation risks and business objectives
