Job description

Overview
Supervises and coordinates operations of the assigned cost center(s) to ensure accurate and timely services are provided to customers. Provides supervision and leadership to the staff.
Qualifications

Age of Patients Served: All Age Groups.

Required Education: High School Diploma. Specific course work: Graduate of an accredited Radiology discipline, Cardiovascular discipline, or relative on-the-job training (i.e. Military). Preferred Education: Associate's degree. Necessary Skills: 1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to work well under pressure to complete deadlines. 3. Demonstrate appropriate computer skills. 4. Familiar with imaging equipment and all other patient care equipment. Required Licensure/Certifications: Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Credentialed, certified, or licensed in a Radiology modality such as ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, or CCI (RCIS, etc.). Required Experience: 2 years of Radiology, Interventional Lab, or Cardiovascular Lab experience -OR- Supervisory experience

Preferred Experience: Five (5) years as a radiological technologist. Over three (3) years in a supervisory role within radiology. Supervision: Supervisory responsibility of 10 employees. Preferred Licensure/Certification: Certified in two (2) different Radiology modalities through ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS.
