Director, Business Intelligence

Lead enterprise reporting and KPI governance across a multi‑brand organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions, preferably using Amazon QuickSight.
  • Define, standardize, and govern KPIs, metrics, and OKRs across multiple brands and business functions.
  • Establish and maintain a trusted single source of truth for reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
  • Drive data quality, governance, and reporting best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable data pipelines.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management.
  • 2+ years of experience leading BI teams or enterprise analytics initiatives.
  • Proven experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with AWS data and analytics services, including Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Athena, as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
  • Experience with Amazon QuickSight.
  • Experience defining and governing enterprise KPIs, OKRs, and executive scorecards.
  • Experience in franchise, retail, consumer services, or other multi‑location organizations.
  • Experience implementing data governance and metric standardization practices.
