Job description

Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste en intelligence d'affaires (BI) pour appuyer nos équipes dans le recueil, l'analyse et la priorisation des besoins d'affaires liés aux outils décisionnels, aux tableaux de bord et aux rapports statistiques. La personne retenue collaborera avec différentes clientèles internes (gestionnaires, analystes, directions) afin de traduire des besoins d'affaires en solutions BI concrètes et optimisées.

Responsabilités principales
  • Recueillir, documenter et prioriser les besoins d'affaires en matière de BI auprès de diverses parties prenantes (gestionnaires, analystes, directions)
  • Analyser les besoins et concevoir ou optimiser des rapports statistiques et des tableaux de bord
  • Contribuer aux travaux liés aux entrepôts de données, aux modèles analytiques et aux processus ETL/ELT
  • Assurer une utilisation rigoureuse des outils BI (Power BI ou équivalent) dans le respect des principes de gouvernance de l'information
  • Veiller au respect des normes de protection des renseignements personnels applicables au secteur public/parapublic québécois
Exigences minimales
  • Baccalauréat en TI, informatique de gestion, administration des affaires, statistique, mathématiques ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en intelligence d'affaires, analyse d'affaires BI ou information de gestion, incluant l'analyse de besoins et la conception/optimisation de rapports statistiques ou tableaux de bord
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le recueil, la documentation et la priorisation de besoins d'affaires BI auprès de différentes clientèles
  • Avoir contribué à au moins un mandat d'une durée minimale de 6 mois dans un environnement BI (entrepôts de données, modèles analytiques, ETL/ELT), avec un outil tel que Power BI ou équivalent
  • Avoir réalisé au moins un mandat comme analyste BI dans les secteurs public/parapublic québécois, avec application de principes de gouvernance de l'information et de protection des renseignements personnels comparables à ceux de Revenu Québec
