Job description

What you will be doing
  • Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
  • Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
  • Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
  • Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
  • Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
  • Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
