The Brand Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing Brasfield & Gorrie's visual identity—not just maintaining what exists, but pioneering what comes next. Sitting at the intersection of creative execution and brand stewardship, this role carries significant opportunity to define how the brand shows up across traditional channels, emerging platforms, and experiences that don't yet exist. The Brand Designer brings strategic thinking and visual storytelling to every project, translating business objectives into design that informs, engages, and resonates.

 

Brand Identity & Design

  • Design high-quality visual assets across print, digital, and multimedia—translating brand strategy, messaging, and positioning into compelling, on-brand concepts
  • Champion the development of Brasfield & Gorrie's brand identity—from foundational design systems to the broader creative vision that unifies storytelling, strategic messaging, and concept development across video, digital, and emerging formats


Brand Standards & Governance

  • Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring consistency in design, tone, and messaging
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to review and refine creative work for brand alignment
  • Support development and maintenance of brand guidelines, templates, and tools that enable scalable execution

 

Creative Strategy & Concept Development

  • Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize creative approaches for campaigns, storytelling, and key initiatives
  • Contribute ideas that enhance brand differentiation, engagement, and clarity across audiences
  • Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output

 

Campaigns, Content & Digital Experience

  • Design and produce assets for enterprise campaigns, marketing initiatives, and digital platforms, including website, presentations, and multimedia content
  • Support development of cohesive visual storytelling across channels, ensuring an integrated brand experience
  • Contribute to user experience and design improvements for digital platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Communications & Video and Regional Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand application across all efforts
  • Collaborate with business development, operations, and other stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective design solutions
  • Act as a creative resource and advisor, providing guidance on design approaches and brand application

 

Process Improvement & Asset Management

  • Support enhancements to design workflows, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Maintain and organize digital assets within asset management systems
  • Help scale design solutions that can be leveraged across teams and regions

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
  • 4-7 years of prior experience in a fast-paced, design related role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and digital applications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with video, presentation, and digital design tools
