Spa & Boutique Manager/Assistant Manager: 

• Experience managing luxury retail/spa/beauty locations; proven at leading, motivating, and developing diverse teams
• Strong P&L, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and floor operations ownership; KPI analysis, forecasting, and turning data into action
• Deep luxury skincare/beauty knowledge with outstanding service standards; cross-selling, clienteling, and target achievement
• Exceptional communication, organization, decision-making, and time management; detail-oriented, hands-on, and team-first
• Proficient with POS/booking/inventory systems; able to work early/late shifts, weekends, holidays, and thrive in fast-paced settings

Aesthetician: 

• 5+ years experience as an aesthetician/facial therapist in luxury skincare; licensed cosmetologist with advanced product knowledge.
• Technical excellence & safety: Delivers professional consultations and treatments; deep familiarity with spa policies, treatment materials/equipment, and maintaining a safe, healthy environment
• Client experience: Provides genuine, personalized services with confidence and discretion; excels in customer-focused retail/spa settings; strong team player who can also work independently
• Commercial acumen: Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets; skilled at recommending and selling products; adept with POS systems, clientele tools, and software
• Work style & availability: Thrives in fast-paced, multi-tasking, team-oriented environments; able to work 5 days per week with flexible early/late shifts, weekends, and holidays

Sales Associate: 

• Proven, target-driven sales performer in the beauty sector with a consistent track record of achievements
• Advanced skincare/beauty product knowledge with the ability to deliver genuine, personalized recommendations
• Exceptional clienteling: builds and maintains strong client books; outstanding communicator with confidence and discretion
• Collaborative self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented settings; friendly, enthusiastic, energetic, and adept at multitasking
• Tech-savvy and flexible: proficient with POS/clienteling tools; able to work weekends/holidays; Aesthetician license/certifications a plus
