Position Summary:

  • Identify and resolve problems with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Tackle issues with high-voltage 460V wiring systems.
  • Undertake regular preventative maintenance to maximize equipment functionality.
  • Diagnose with PLC systems to resolve complex breakdowns.
  • Oversee installation and repairs of Variable Frequency Drives.
  • Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and manuals with precision.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments safely.
  • Produce accurate maintenance records and complete work orders promptly.
  • Engage constructively with production teams to minimize machine downtime.

Necessary Expertise:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in an industrial maintenance role within a manufacturing setting.
