The Coordinator, Facilities Maintenance plays a critical role in managing maintenance requests, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring timely resolution of facility and equipment issues. This position involves overseeing work orders from initiation to completion, auditing data accuracy, processing invoices, and supporting administrative functions. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to optimize service quality, maintain compliance with policies and regulations, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Coordinator contributes to operational efficiency by managing resources effectively and fostering strong partnerships to uphold facility standards and support business objectives.

The team ensures Facility Services field associates have access to essential vehicles, trailers, and equipment to operate safely and meet regulatory requirements. They manage vehicle lifecycle activities, including registration, licensing, maintenance, and repairs, reducing downtime. Collaborating with vendors and internal partners, the team supports offsite landscape hubs to improve exterior services. What you'll do:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, including auditing and verifying database accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage work orders from initiation through completion effectively.

  • Knowledge of business processes and compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
