Job description

Preferred Qualifications
  • Solution Architecture & Technical Strategy: 8+ years of experience with a "platform-first" architectural mindset. • Consultative Business Partnership: Acts as a strategic partner to internal business units (e.g., Customer Care, Sales). Proven ability to "think on behalf of the stakeholder," translating vague business problems into high-value technical roadmaps. Must be comfortable leading discovery sessions and challenging requirements when they don't align with platform best practices or business ROI.
  • Multi-Cloud & Functional Expertise: Experience implementing and extending Service Cloud (Omni-channel, Case Management), Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Voice / CTI.
  • Frontend Development: Experience building reactive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that adhere to the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) using JS and LWCs.
  • Backend Development: Experience with Apex and enterprise-level backend patterns, including advanced Trigger frameworks, Asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex), and complex REST/SOAP API integrations. Strong focus on building reusable service layers, robust error-handling frameworks, and secure, bulkified code.
  • AI First Execution: Ability to leverage AI-powered authoring tools to accelerate technical documentation, code generation, and unit testing while maintaining strict accountability for the security and accuracy of the output. Experience architecting generic autonomous AI capabilities and intelligent automation to solve complex business problems.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Proficiency in enterprise release management, specifically using Copado for version control (Git-based), multi-environment deployment orchestration, and automated quality gates.
  • Mentorship & Technical Leadership: Prior experience acting as a lead for a pod or team, including conducting rigorous code/configuration reviews, establishing coding standards, and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect; additional certifications in Platform Developer II, and AI-related credentials preferred.
