What You Will Be Doing

Join our Digital Technology team as a Senior Lead Software Developer and drive innovation across global direct-to-consumer platforms. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex business applications in Snowflake or Databricks environments, leveraging your expertise in SQL and Python. You'll champion development best practices, participate in Agile sprints, and deliver high-quality solutions that enable organizational change and continuous improvement. As a technical leader, you will mentor developers, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with strategic goals. What You Bring

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
