Location:: 100% remote
Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Must haves:
    • Workview experience - 2+ years
    • 3-5 years of experience C# .NET
    • SQL- lots of database queries
    • Enterprise Case management systems- workflows
    • Nice to have: java and javascript

Role Overview
The OnBase Application Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting application software using the Hyland OnBase platform. This position participates in the full systems life cycle and collaborates with internal teams to deliver and enhance enterprise technology solutions. The role requires strong programming skills and a solid understanding of development, database development, testing, and integration methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, code, test, implement, and support application software using the Hyland OnBase platform.
  • Build, support, and enhance applications across internal enterprise technology.
  • Participate in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and product evaluation.
  • Handle database queries and work with enterprise case management systems and workflows.
  • Ensure development projects meet business requirements and goals.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver solutions.
  • Adapt to change requests from internal clients.
  • Research and pursue new technologies to expand offerings.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • Five (5) or more years of object-oriented programming experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience with Hyland OnBase WorkView.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of experience with C# and/or .NET.
  • Demonstrated experience with Hyland OnBase, including Workflow, Document Composition, and Unity API development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Databases and writing database queries.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required. An Associate's degree with at least five (5) years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Java and JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud application development.
  • Familiarity with React, Angular, Typescript, or Bootstrap.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Dell Boomi, Informatica, or Pentaho.
