Intune Endpoint & Mobility Engineer

DIGIOFFICE

Johns Creek, GA • On-site

$46/hr

Full-time

Posted 22 days ago

Job description

DigiOffice is seeking a sharp, self-directed Intune Endpoint & Mobility Engineer with proven, production-level hands-on experience in both Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch. This is a dual-platform engineering position — not a monitoring role, not a ticket-routing role. You will own, operate, and troubleshoot a complex enterprise endpoint and mobility environment supporting a national logistics and transportation operation where device uptime directly impacts freight movement and business continuity.
If you have built, administered, and independently troubleshot both Intune and Workspace ONE in production — and can solve complex endpoint problems without step-by-step direction — this role was written for you.
This is a 100% on-site role in Johns Creek, GA. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Microsoft Intune
    • Full administration including enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, conditional access, and application deployment across Windows, Android, and iOS/iPadOS.
    • Windows Autopilot design and zero-touch provisioning at enterprise scale.
    • Entra ID / Azure AD device administration, dynamic groups, and identity-based conditional access enforcement.
    • Tier 3 incident resolution — enrollment failures, policy conflicts, app deployment errors — independently, without escalation.
  • VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch — Production Experience Required
    • Full UEM administration including enrollment, profile configuration, compliance policies, app catalog management, and platform health monitoring.
    • Independent troubleshooting of enrollment, sync, policy, and connectivity failures across Windows, Android, and iOS/iPadOS in production.
    • Workspace ONE Intelligence reporting, compliance dashboards, and automation rule configuration.
    • Hub Services configuration and management across the managed device fleet.
  • Cross-Platform Engineering & Automation
    • PowerShell scripting for device remediation, compliance automation, and lifecycle reporting across both platforms.
    • Support ruggedized field devices (Zebra, Honeywell, Toughbook) across logistics terminals and fleet operations.
    • Maintain technical documentation including runbooks, device inventory, and policy registers.
    • Participate in change, incident, and problem management via ServiceNow.
Professional Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on enterprise endpoint and mobile device management experience.
  • Production-level Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager expertise — engineering ownership, not administrative support.
  • Production-level VMware Workspace ONE UEM / AirWatch experience — hard requirement, not preferred.
  • Independent troubleshooting of complex cross-platform endpoint incidents without step-by-step direction.
  • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and conditional access experience.
  • PowerShell scripting proficiency for automation and remediation.
  • Android Enterprise and iOS/iPadOS device management across both platforms.
  • This is a 100% on-site role in Johns Creek, GA. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Requirements
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
  • VMware Workspace ONE Certified Professional.
  • ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM experience.
  • Experience with ruggedized devices (Zebra, Honeywell, Toughbook).
  • Transportation, logistics, or fleet environment background.
  • CompTIA Security+ / Network+ or ITIL Foundation.
