Summary

The Enterprise Reporting Analyst delivers enterprise-wide analysis and reporting solutions. This role brings strong analytical skills to the creation of reports focused primarily on Sales and Margin, with the ability to interpret data and surface meaningful insights rather than simply present numbers. This is an analysis-driven role that will use Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to support reporting and analysis. The company is currently transforming its reporting environment—including resetting KPIs and product performance reporting—and transitioning from DOMO BI to Oracle's FDI solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely and effectively with stakeholders to understand and translate reporting requirements, bringing strong client-service-type interpersonal skills to a customer-facing capacity.
  • Design and deliver enterprise reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
  • Analyze Sales and Margin data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights rather than raw data.
  • Deliver analysis in a way that is easily understood by stakeholders, including the ability to present to upper levels of management.
  • Partner with customers and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, IT) to understand reporting needs and ensure solutions align with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs, proactively identifying and resolving anomalies.
  • Maintain data governance processes and system mapping tables to support consistent, reliable reporting.
  • Design, implement, and monitor KPIs that align with strategic and departmental goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools, identifying automation opportunities and scalable solutions.
  • Stay current with Oracle FDI capabilities, updates, and BI/reporting industry trends.
  • Maintain flexibility to take on additional duties and ad hoc reporting requests as business needs evolve.
Qualifications Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience applying data insights to Sales & Margin analysis.
  • Strong business acumen, particularly around Sales & Margin.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong client-service-type interpersonal skills to a customer-facing capacity
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) is required, or candidates must be strong self-learners capable of teaching themselves the platform.
  • Analysis of online sales, retail sales and manufacturing performance is a plus
  • Ability to present with upper levels of management
  • Self-starter willing to learn new skills independently
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities, directing project work, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with consideration for data accuracy.
  • Comfortable operating with limited direction; consistently raises new ideas and questions the status quo.
Physical/Work Environment/Expectations

While performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally required to:

  • Operate in a professional office environment
  • Constantly use work-related equipment
  • To use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • To sit for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
  • To lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary
  • Ability to work regular, full-time schedule, Monday through Friday with the flexibility to work additional hours depending on business demands
