Job description

Cedar Logistics is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and efficient individuals to join our team delivering Amazon packages. This is a Full-Time position operating out of our Huntington Beach-area station. Our drivers deliver smiles—on time, safely, and with pride.

New drivers will begin by operating standard vans such as Ford Transits or similar models. This position is designed to progress into operating DOT-regulated step vans. While no prior step van experience is required, all drivers will be expected to transition into operating step vans as part of their regular duties.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $21.50/hour

Pay Frequency: Every other week via direct deposit

10-hour shifts typical, starting at 11:00 AM

3- to 5-day workweek

Every other weekend off

2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift

Duties and Responsibilities

Load, transport, and deliver Amazon packages on a delivery route

Other duties as assigned, which may include office work or sign waving for advertising purposes

Operate a delivery vehicle safely and conduct pre/post-trip inspections

Navigate using a company-issued smartphone (GPS + scanner app)

Deliver to residential, retail, and commercial locations

Consistently meet Amazon delivery standards and metrics

Provide outstanding customer service while staying on schedule

Participate in route rescues when team support is needed

Work in all weather conditions; lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old

Must hold a valid and unrestricted driver’s license

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not test for THC)

Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently
