TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated (Senior Associate, Amazon) for an opportunity in NJ!


Position Title: Senior Associate, Amazon

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $40 – $48 per hr (W2)

Our offering and expertise include Brand and Product Strategy, Digital and Traditional Marketing, Domestic and Global Creative, and Trade, Event, and Scholarship Activation.


We are seeking a Senior Associate, Amazon to join our Media Team and support our client, a global leader in consumer electronics. The ideal candidate will have experience in Amazon Ads, with emphasis on Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads, and a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive growth and visibility on Amazon. You will report to the Director of Retail Media and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-performance retail media strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Support management of on-site Amazon paid media activity (Sponsored Ads, DSP) to meet business objectives, with a focus on Amazon DSP.
  • Participate in Amazon media strategy and tactical planning and assist in media proposals.
  • Build and execute Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns, including keyword mining, category trend analysis, competitor research, audience strategies, and negative targeting.
  • Manage pacing and monthly budgets, allocate across ad formats, set bids, and maintain spend reconciliation and related financial upkeep.
  • Analyze performance to identify optimizations and prepare reporting with actionable insights and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Creative, and Sales to ensure holistic planning and execution.
  • Identify and implement testing opportunities to drive performance improvements and support broader strategic initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail media managing Amazon DSP activations in-house or within an agency.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads; familiarity with platforms such as Criteo or Walmart Connect is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to develop data-driven insights.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn new tools and technologies.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience optimizing Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads across the funnel.
  • Exposure to retail media platforms such as Criteo or Walmart Connect.
