All-Source Intelligence Analyst

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled all-source analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.


As a Defense Industries All-Source Analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, testing, evaluation, and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

  • Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience withdefense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels
  • Knowledge of ICD 203 or 206 analytic tradecraft standards
  • Knowledge of critical minerals

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
