Job SummaryThe Associate AI Solutions Advisor is part of Granicus' AI Solutions team, a dynamic and results-driven group focused on helping drive customer interest, engagement, and early-stage solution alignment for AI-native offerings that improve resident experiences and staff efficiency. In this role, you will support the identification and development of opportunities for Granicus' Government Experience Agent solution and related services across an assigned territory. Working closely with Account Managers, AI Value Engineers, and cross-functional go-to-market teams, you will help conduct discovery, qualify customer needs, and contribute to building a strong pipeline of AI opportunities.What Your Impact Will Look Like
  • Support demand generation efforts through targeted outreach initiatives in partnership with the AI GTM strategy team and demand generation team
  • Participate in AI discovery calls with public sector prospects and existing Granicus customers
  • Help identify customer pain points and potential AI and process automation opportunities through structured discovery
  • Partner with BDRs, AEs, and AI Value Engineers during early-stage discovery and solution development
  • Assist with opportunity progression from initial customer conversations through qualification and handoff
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities such as workshops, demonstrations, on-site working sessions, and pilot engagements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and opportunity updates in Salesforce, including notes, next steps, and stage progression
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing to improve lead routing, qualification criteria, and top-of-funnel effectiveness
  • Capture customer feedback, use cases, and objections to share with Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams
  • Work with Account Executives across segments to identify AI opportunities within existing accounts and prospective customers
You Will Love This Job If You Have
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as pre-sales, solution consulting, customer success, sales support, or business development at a software company
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to discuss business value and customer use cases clearly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Curiosity and strong discovery skills, including asking thoughtful questions and connecting customer challenges to potential solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed go-to-market environment with sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing CRM data and follow-up actions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Public sector or govtech interest or experience is a plus

Compensation range listed is On-Target Earnings. On target earnings includes base salary (70%) and variable compensation (30%)
