As a New Home Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in driving sales success and creating an exceptional homebuying experience. This role combines relationship-building, market knowledge, and sales strategy to support company goals and deliver excellent customer service.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and guiding buyers through the purchasing process
  • Proactively seek out new clients by thinking creatively and using innovative lead generation strategies
  • Accurately prepare and manage all contract documentation, including home purchase agreements and construction contracts, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the homebuying and construction process, ensuring expectations are met
  • Stay informed about competitive offerings, community amenities, and market trends to effectively position Viera Builders homes
  • Serve as the on-site salesperson for the model home, ensuring it is properly staffed, open on time, and well-maintained along with all spec homes

Requirements:

  • Active Florida Real Estate Licenses Required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a preference for degrees in Business Management or Organizational Leadership, or related fields
  • 5+ years experience in Real Estate, preferably in new home sales
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
