Lensrentals was founded in 2006 by a native Memphian and gear collector to share his knowledge and passion for all things photography. A one-man operation in a spare bedroom grew to become the largest online photo and videography rental house in the United States. As a local company with reach across the nation, we strive to have a company culture that encourages empathy and embodies the personality of each member of the team. As part of that team, Lensrentals has an open position for Associate Customer Experience Agent.
An Agent is entrusted with cultivating our theme within Customer Experience - Wondrous Hospitality through Deep-Rooted Trust. This communication-based role relies on friendly and supportive connection with customers via email, phone, and live chat in order to welcome clients and guide them through the Lensrentals experience. Agents thrive as people connectors and creative problem solvers.  As an Agent, you are tasked with accurately modifying orders, comprehending order and shipment related data, promptly addressing incoming inquiries and ensuring they are prioritized efficiently. An Agent is primarily responsible for the first impression of Lensrentals, specifically our Customer Experience.  Within the role, focus areas are intentionally flexible/agile to provide a unified experience to our clients. Agents operate in a hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work. Our Agents represent Lensrentals while directly caring for our customers. 
HowAn Agent uses communication tools (phone, email, live chat) and internal systems for task management to support the Customer Experience.
