We are currently seeking an Accountant who will perform a variety of accounting functions in support of the daily operations of the finance department including general ledger activity, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and support of operational accounting processes such as cash, billing, and accounts receivable. They will play a key role in the month-end and year-end close processes, assists in preparation of financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provides backup support across accounting functions as needed.


UCFS Hours of Operation: Open 8:00am - 7:00pm; Hours Vary By Day & Location

Expected Schedule: FT, 40 hours/week; Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm


Essential Responsibilities -

  • Assist with the monthly and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
  • Perform account reconciliations (e.g., cash, bank accounts, prepaids, deferred revenue, and other balance sheet accounts).
  • Record and reconcile cash activity, including bank deposits and transactions.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Support development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
