Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer-facing Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, wellness and helping clients find the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and professional shopping experience
  • Provide expert product knowledge on fajas, waist trainers and post-surgical garments
  • Help clients with fittings and sizing to ensure the perfect fit
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom floor
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Assist with restocking, inventory and daily operations
  • Support social media and marketing efforts when needed
  • Uphold brand standards of luxury service and professionalism
