WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Assistant Manager, you play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the community. You’ll help drive financial performance, ensure compliance, support leasing efforts, and deliver an exceptional resident experience—all while stepping in to lead when needed.


This role combines operations, customer service, financial responsibility, and team support in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Property Management

  • Support daily property operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and community standards
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and market-ready property
  • Coordinate with vendors and monitor service quality

Financial Performance & Collections

  • Assist with rent collection and follow up on delinquent
  • Support occupancy, revenue, and expense control goals
  • Help track performance metrics and support reporting

Leasing & Marketing Support

  • Assist with property tours, follow-ups, and application processing
  • Support leasing efforts to maintain occupancy goals
  • Ensure accurate and compliant leasing documentation
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts

Resident Experience & Retention

  • Provide responsive, professional communication with residents and prospects
  • Address concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Support resident retention initiatives and community engagement

Team Support & Leadership

  • Assist in supervising on-site staff and providing guidance as needed
  • Support team scheduling and coverage to maintain smooth operations
  • Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulations
