Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to established menu plans, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor
Manage kitchen inventory, ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management
Engage with residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
