We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Yoga Instructor to join our luxury guest ranch team. This role is responsible for leading engaging yoga and wellness experiences that complement our guests' outdoor adventures and support relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in yoga instruction with exceptional hospitality skills and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Yoga & Wellness Programming
  • Lead daily yoga classes for guests of varying ages, abilities, and experience levels.
  • Design and deliver classes including restorative, gentle, vinyasa, meditation, stretching, and recovery-focused sessions.
  • Modify poses and instruction to accommodate individual guest needs and physical limitations.
  • Create specialty wellness offerings such as sunrise yoga, outdoor yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness sessions.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

Guest Experience
  • Provide personalized, attentive service consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and encourage participation in wellness programs.
