The Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager for Mobile Generation will be responsible for working directly with the Store Manager to ensure the sales team is well versed in our selling process, Verizon Wireless products and services, and ensuring our retail location is attaining our operational standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and is well-skilled in delivering an excellent customer experience that includes an effective sales process, providing product and service knowledge, and ability to manage any type of customer concern or need with professionalism and a positive attitude.
