We are currently experiencing one of the largest growth periods in the history of our company. As a result, we're looking to supplement one of our organization's most valued resources - our people! Bisco Industries is seeking a highly motivated individual, who is driven to exceed goals and expectations, to join our Marketing Department.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage and optimize product listing on e-commerce marketplaces and platforms, including the Amazon Seller Central platform
  • Managing daily maintenance of product pages including availability, images, descriptions, and content optimization
  • Monitor and manage products and account performance, rating, and customer reviews
  • Identify new potential products to expand to the marketplace channels
  • Manage customer service tasks which includes responding to customer inquiries
  • Order entry and ensuring order fulfillment promptly
  • Inventory upload
  • Customer returns
  • Updating tracking info
  • Assist with any miscellaneous e-commerce projects
  • Source product with no inventory
  • Will work cross-functionally with the bisco website e-commerce customer service team

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong business math skills (e.g., tax calculations, profit margin calculations) and managing online marketplace accounts
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
