Essential Functions:   
Technical expertise for a defined project
    Support requirements elaboration and analysis
    Participate in design and architectural sessions (working with Technical Team Leads) as required with both project and enterprise perspective
    Adhere to structured development environment while able to adapt to periodic high pressure scenarios
    Assist in resource identification and monitoring
    Identify critical business processes for continued improvement in Harte Hanks Process Engineering efforts
    Technology and tools research and proposals
    Enterprise framework development and deployment
Secondary Functions:
Review use cases and workflow diagrams.
Make technology recommendations for optimal construction, maintenance and performance
Staying abreast of the latest developments in application development and technologies
Support conflict resolution
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
1.                6+ years of professional Software Development experience
2.                Proficient with object oriented programming languages (such as: .NET)
3.                Proficient with .NET Framework 3.5/4.0 in Microsoft Visual Studio.
4.                Proficient with web based technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.NET MVC
5.                Client-side scripting experience with AJAX frameworks, jQuery, Node.js, REST/WCF, WebServices and HTML5 a plus.
6.                In-depth understanding of relational databases, experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, SSIS , T-SQL and Stored Procedures
7.                Proficient with both application and database performance optimization techniques
8.                Significant expertise with toolsets:
o   Source Code Control: Git and Visual Source Safe
o   IDE: Visual Studio, BIS, SQL Server Enterprise Manager.
9.                Ability to coach and mentor other developers
10.             Ability to work on multiple projects/assignments concurrently under aggressive deadlines
11.             Ability to work with team members or independently on multiple projects in a fast pace environment.
12.             Experience in SSRS and SSAS a plus.
13.             IIS Configuration and Administration experience is a plus.
