Your Mission

Reporting to the Project Leader, you are the backbone of our installation crews.

  • Execute the Install: Assist in installing whole house fans, rooftop ventilation, and electrical upgrades. You will apply skills in framing, drywall, and weatherization.
  • Master the Environment: You will work in attics and on roofs. You must be physically capable of climbing ladders safely and carrying materials (up to 50 lbs overhead) with confidence.
  • Support the Lead: Proactively manage vehicle readiness, job site preparation, and cleanup. You anticipate the next step to keep the crew efficient.
  • Learn & Improve: Participate in daily huddles to internalize improvements. You are expected to ask questions and refine your technique every day.
Your Primary Role Metrics
  1. Installation Efficiency: Quickly learning and applying techniques to ensure work is done correctly and on time.
  2. Reliability: Arriving on time, every day, ready to work. We depend on you to get the crew out the door.
  3. Operational Excellence: Keeping the service van stocked, organized, and safe, ensuring no time is wasted looking for tools.

The Essentials:

  • Professional Presence: Image matters. You will be working inside our customers' homes. We require team members who are well-groomed, professional in appearance, and able to communicate politely and effectively with homeowners and teammates alike.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of residential construction, roofing, or handyman experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matters most.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, work on roofs, work in tight attics/crawlspaces, and lift heavy materials.
  • The Right Attitude: You take initiative. You don't wait to be told to clean up or prep the next tool.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using mobile devices for time tracking and job notes. Familiarity with Service Titan is a huge plus.
  • Requirements: Valid drivers license and clean driving record (background checks will be conducted).
