Job description

The Company:

We believe financial planning should feel clear, personal, and human-not complex or transactional. We partner closely with our clients to simplify decision-making and build long-term confidence around their financial lives. We're a growing, high-touch wealth management firm with a strong reputation and an even stronger commitment to doing things the right way. As we continue to scale, we're building the infrastructure, systems, and team to support that growth-without losing the relational core that defines us.

The Position:

As an Advisor Support Manager, you'll be the right hand to the CEO/lead advisor, deeply involved in client relationships, meetings, and day-to-day account management. You'll help drive follow-through, keep details moving, and ensure clients are cared for at every step. We're looking for someone who understands how a wealth management office actually runs-client accounts, trades, onboarding, CRM, and the rhythm of advisor-client work-and can step in and operate with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Sit in on client meetings and help drive follow-up and execution

  • Manage client action items from start to finish-nothing falls through

  • Work directly in Redtail CRM to track activity, notes, and next steps

  • Support account management through Raymond James (account updates, transfers, documentation, etc)

  • Assist with basic trades, money movement, and account maintenance

  • Coordinate onboarding for new clients and ensure a smooth experience

  • Handle client communication-emails, calls, and day-to-day requests

  • Stay on top of multiple priorities and shifting needs in a fast-paced environment

  • Act as a true partner to the CEO/lead advisor-keeping things organized, moving, and aligned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or an RIA environment

  • Familiarity with client accounts, trades, onboarding, and account maintenance

  • Experience with CRM systems (Redtail a plus) and custodian platforms (Raymond James a plus)

  • Strong follow-through-you track details and close the loop

  • Comfort working in ambiguity without needing a rigid structure

  • Clear, professional communication with both clients and internal team

  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
