Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care, located in Beaverton, OR is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Partner to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community.

Responsibilities of the Care Partner

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
  • Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
  • Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
  • Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
  • Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
  • Completes state required training upon hire and annually. 

Required Experience

  • Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Preferably experience in Senior Living, as a Caregiver and/or Med Tech.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
  • Full Time/Part Time

  • Additional $1.50/hour for weekend coverage.
