Position Overview:
The Head Waiter is a dynamic role that combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on service. Acting as a floor supervisor, the Head Waiter ensures the smooth operation of the dining room, supports the server team, and steps in to serve guests during peak times. This is a role designed to enhance teamwork and guest satisfaction, it requires leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Floor Supervision:
    • Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience.
