We are seeking a Customer/Partner Services Representative who will serve as a caring and professional point of contact for ministry partners. This role assists partners with donations, product orders, prayer requests, and general inquiries while ensuring every interaction reflects gratitude for their support of the ministry's mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to partner inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Assist with donations, product orders, account updates, and prayer requests
• Research and resolve partner concerns promptly and accurately
• Document interactions and updates in the ministry database
• Follow up with partners to ensure questions and issues are fully resolved
• Encourage and thank partners for their support of the ministry
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• One or more years of call center, customer support, or partner care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Spanish speaking ability a plus
