Experienced Apartment Leasing Professional Needed – LIHTC Experience

Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist current and prospective residents with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Answer phones and respond to resident inquiries in a friendly and timely manner
- Schedule appointments, tours, and resident meetings
- Assist with lease-related processes and resident communications
- Input and manage work orders to ensure maintenance needs are addressed efficiently
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks as needed
- Help create a welcoming, positive experience for residents and visitors
Leasing Agent experience/Skills needed:
- Previous apartment leasing experience required
- LIHTC
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
