Job description

Our Greater Boston area client is looking for a Video Producer with 2+ years experience for an immediaterole; this position is onsite 2 days a week and remote 3--the company offers free onsite parking. In this role, you will working working acrossbroadcast, web, and social platforms handling everything from shooting client testimonials to editing social media videos.

This is a hands on role where you'll touch everything from pre-production planning toon-set productionand post-production delivery. Additionally, youmay lead or support on-location and in-studio shoots, coordinating with external vendors and partners as needed so there may be some occasional local travel.

Day in the life:
  • Work on post-production tasks including footage review, rough cuts, audio mixing, color correction, and final delivery using Adobe Creative Suite with the support and guidance of the Graphics Manager.
  • Support the creation ofmotion graphics, lower thirds, and simple animations to support video projects.
  • Support studio and field-based productions, including camera setup, lighting assistance, audio recording, and general on-set support.
  • Deliver final video assetsfor broadcast, digital, and social channels.
  • Assist in managing and organizing the media library.
  • Support the production team in pre-production tasks such as shot lists, scheduling, and asset gathering.
  • Contribute to additional creative initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+years of professional video production and editing experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and Media Encoder; familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with recording equipment including Digital SLRs, video cameras, audio recorders, and microphones.
  • Familiarity with or exposure to AI video generation tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Veo 3, Google Nano Banana, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and stay organized across multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, positive presence on set and in the office.
  • Experience with 3-D tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, Max, etc. is a bonus!
