Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing compelling visual communications that support marketing initiatives across print, digital, web, email, social media, trade shows, and product launches. This role plays an important part in maintaining and evolving the visual identity of Goodway Technologies and its family of brands.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is required for consideration.

Applicants should submit a portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design work that demonstrates strong visual communication, typography, layout, brand execution, and attention to detail. Candidates with photography, video editing, motion graphics, or other multimedia experience are encouraged to include relevant samples.

Responsibilities

• Design print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, product sheets, advertisements, trade show graphics, packaging, and promotional materials.

• Design digital marketing assets including website graphics, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and digital advertisements.

• Develop creative concepts that strengthen Goodway's brands while ensuring all work adheres to established brand guidelines.

• Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and product lines.

• Collaborate with the Creative Team and Marketing Department on campaigns, product launches, product marketing initiatives, and corporate communications.

• Prepare production-ready artwork for commercial printing and digital distribution.

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, including photography, illustrations, logos, and artwork.

• Assist with in-house photography, photo editing, and image retouching.

• Support video production through filming, editing, motion graphics, and creating short-form marketing content when needed.

• Occasionally assist with basic copywriting, headline development, and content refinement.

• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, branding, and print production.

• Photography, photo editing, and video editing experience are highly desirable.
