Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and responsive Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator to manage social media communications and produce engaging digital and print content. This position is responsible for maintaining social media channels, creating promotional materials, photographing, and recording events, editing videos, and supporting event marketing.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with hands-on experience in graphic design, photography, videography, social media management, and digital content creation.

Applicants should submit a résumé and examples of relevant work. Work samples may include social media posts, graphics, posters, brochures, photographs, videos, websites, or other digital content.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain organizational social media accounts.
  • Monitor social media activity.
  • Create, schedule, and publish clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate social media content.
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars to support programs, events, campaigns, and public-information initiatives.
  • Design digital and printed promotional materials, including:
    • Social media graphics
    • Posters and flyers
    • Brochures
    • Event signage
    • Other marketing and informational materials
  • Photograph and record events, programs, presentations, and community activities.
  • Edit photographs and videos for use on social media, websites, presentations, and other communications.
  • Plan and manage digital media marketing campaigns for events.

  • Ensure website and social media information is accurate, current, accessible, and consistent.
  • Assist with setting up and supporting virtual meetings and online events.
