This is an Orlando-based hybrid position requiring employees to work onsite at TAF's Orlando office two days per week. The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,000 to $65,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

  • Draft engaging online content, including short-form video, to increase TAF’s public brand awareness.

  • Track, measure, and analyze TAF’s communications vehicles to inform TAF's social media strategy, future communications priorities, and quantify the Communications Department's work output.

  • Support the development and execution of TAF’s social media strategy, engage with online communities in alignment with TAF’s brand voice, and serve as a primary point of contact for social media inquiries.

  • Engage TAF’s patient, provider, and supporter communities through interviews and video testimonials for compelling story content for use across communication channels.

  • Actively monitor media in the healthcare space to help inform TAF’s communications strategy.

  • Coordinate with vendors as needed, including outside designers and videographers, on the design, content, and production of collateral marketing materials.

  • Coordinate departmental communications projects by monitoring requests, timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.

  • Maintain a bank of talking points, presentations, photos, and b-roll on key topics.

  • Maintain TAF’s editorial calendar.

  • Review and update website regularly to ensure that navigation is easy, information is presented clearly, outdated information is changed/removed, and TAF’s patient-centric branding is incorporated.

  • Identify improvements, outline themes, and new content, and plan regular updates across all communications vehicles.

  • Support and foster overall organizational awareness and branding.

  • Assist in the launch of disease program openings, including drafting press releases and facilitating all communications related to launch.

  • Support development of executive presentations for senior team members.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
