Job description

Chase seeks a Vice President, Fraud Strategy to shape 1st party card fraud strategies balancing losses, customer experience, and efficiency. You will translate complex problems into clear hypotheses and actions, using data to improve detection and partner across teams with strong governance.

You will own strategy changes, set success metrics, and communicate insights to executives. This role requires leadership, collaboration, and the ability to operate in a dynamic risk environment.
