We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at our North Salt Lake headquarters. As the Executive Assistant supporting our COO, you will play a key role in helping maintain organization, efficiency, and communication across multiple areas of the business. This position requires someone who is dependable, adaptable, and able to manage a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

By handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, you will help enable leadership to focus on strategic company initiatives and continued growth.

• Coordinate and manage special projects
• Oversee and support the Employee Appreciation Program
• Plan and coordinate internal company events, including summits, holiday parties, team lunches, and meetings
• Book and manage executive travel arrangements
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed
• Maintain organization across multiple priorities and deadlines

• Minimum of 2 years of professional office administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Experience working in the construction industry
• Experience supporting executive or C-level leadership
• Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
