Executive Assistant

QC Capital and Consulting LLC is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to an executive. This position is dedicated exclusively to supporting the executive's day-to-day activities and responsibilities. The role does not involve company operations, office administration, or support of other employees. The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, dependable, and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

Location: No fixed location; around the LA area (90067)

Schedule: Varies based on the executive's needs and commitments. Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is required.

Pay: $6,000-10,000 USD/month; overtime will be paid in accordance with California law.

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport the executive to meetings, appointments, events, airports, and other destinations.
  • Plan efficient travel routes based on traffic and scheduling needs.
  • Remain flexible and available for schedule changes throughout the day.
  • Ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain company vehicles in clean, well-presented, and excellent operating condition.
  • Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicles are fueled as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, detailing, and car washes.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with service providers when necessary.
  • Coordinate appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle errands, purchases, deliveries, and other assignments as directed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the executive.
