Job Overview:
As a Community Maintenance Technician (mobile), you will be supporting multiple HOA communities in the Charleston and Summerville areas. This mobile, hands - on role offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to make a visible, positive impact in the communities we serve. If you enjoy problem - solving, working with your hands, and supporting well - maintained residential environments, we encourage you to apply. Company vehicle provided. Your Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and minor repairs in HOA common areas
  • Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
  • Respond to maintenance requests professionally, efficiently, and courteously
  • Communicate clearly with Community Managers, HOA board members, and residents
  • Document work completed and materials used, using a digital work - order system
  • Travel between communities using a company - provided vehicle
  • Participate in rotating on - call coverage as required

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or general repair work
  • Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile role
  • Strong communication and customer - service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical job duties

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of working extended hours, to include evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying. Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.
