Wage: $15.50/hour

What You'll Do

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll help design and deliver engaging programs that support Residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being.

Your impact will include:

Planning, organizing, and leading daily recreational programs Encouraging residents to build friendships and participate confidently Coordinating special events, entertainment, and community outings Leading group exercises, games, and creative activities Visiting and engaging residents who may be isolated or non-ambulatory Assessing new residents' interests and incorporating them into programming Documenting participation and resident responses Supporting volunteers and collaborating with the care team

You'll also help maintain equipment, prepare weekly programming, and ensure activities align with residents' interests and abilities.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in recreation, activities, or healthcare preferred (but not required!)
