Incredibly Interconnectable Toys is a Utah born and raised Toy Company that designs and sells our very own toys. We focus on construction-style toys that encourage creativity, curiosity, and storytelling. Our company is growing and expanding, so we need a curious and enthusiastic individual to help us tell our story and take our digital marketing to the next level. We need someone who can dive right in with our toys and customers, learn what kids and parents love about them, then use those stories and experiences to create online interactions that help others discover them too.
As we grow and learn, we expect your role will as well as we find new success. Just as our toys are about thinking outside the box and not just following instructions, we are searching for a person who will be excited to use that kind of thinking both in their core role and to collaborate with other aspects, such as ideas for new toys and making the best experience possible for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Research and develop a clear understanding of our customers
Crafting fun and exciting content that helps parents and kids fall in love with our products, including:
  • Capturing and Editing Photos and videos of our products both in studio and lifestyle settings
  • Designing graphics to communicate product details, features, and benefits
  • Writing engaging product descriptions
  • Using this content to create and update product listings with enhanced content on our website, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.

Assist in the creation of content for the development and launch of new products
Growing our reach by testing and managing new channels and forms of digital marketing
Working with kids and families at our store and events
Taking part in product research, testing, and planning with our team
Required Qualifications -
1-2 years of Design or similar experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and similar software
Good organization and time management skills
Self-Directed, resourceful, and willing to move between various types of projects
Willing to occasionally travel for events (this may include occasional nights or weekends)
Comfortable capturing images and video in active environments such as lifestyle content with children
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and similar platforms
Experience working with Children and/or Children's products
Strong Writing and Storytelling skills
