Job description

BROGAV Solutions is a fast-growing, women-owned leader in data center infrastructure sourcing, logistics, installation, and mission-critical project delivery.

We are known as the Easy Button for our customers by delivering flexible, creative, and highly reliable solutions across data center power infrastructure, cooling and fiber including logistics, warehousing and installation services. We solve complex infrastructure challenges faster, more creatively, and more reliably than traditional suppliers.

We’re a company designed to become one of the industry’s premier strategic partners – and we’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to help make that vision a reality.

Position Overview

Joining BROGAV means becoming part of a company that's growing quickly and building something special within the mission-critical data center industry.

The Warehouse Manager ensures BROGAV’s warehouse runs safely, accurately, and efficiently in support of customer orders, cabinet assembly, and project delivery. This role oversees inventory accuracy, receiving, cabinet assembly (including ERP and related programs), and all outbound shipping from the warehouse.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who is comfortable working on the floor, solving problems in real time, and building simple, repeatable processes. They will also, occasionally, lead a small team of temporary Warehouse Assembly Specialists, owning their day-to-day workflow and the quality control processes.

This role must enjoy organizing work, keeping things moving, and taking ownership for hitting deadlines and standards as this is a key operational seat in a growing mission‑critical company.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
  • Ensure inventory accuracy across all products and storage areas.
  • Own warehouse layout and efficiency, including inventory locations, racking, and work areas.
  • Ensure the warehouse setup and daily operations meet the needs of the business and customers.
Receiving
  • Manage physical receiving of product, including unload, count, inspection, and staging.
  • Verify quality and accuracy of inbound shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Reconcile received products within the inventory management system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate and manage delivery dates and receiving status with internal teams and vendors.
  • Obtain and maintain required forklift and equipment certifications and uphold safety standards during all material handling activities.
  • Lead cabinet assembly by example, working alongside the team when needed.
  • Own detailed and accurate product assembly processes and ensure they are always current, documented, and followed.
  • Own and execute a rigorous quality control process for assembled product prior to shipment.
  • Ensure inventory for assembly products is accurate, organized, and verified at least monthly.
Shipping
  • Manage all shipping and fulfillment from the warehouse using defined processes and clear communication.
  • Own and manage shipping supplies, packaging materials, and related resources.
  • Work with priority accounts to arrange prompt shipping, schedule pickups, and communicate shipping status and timelines.
Safety & Standards
  • Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization in alignment with company standards.
  • Ensure team adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety policies, and continuous improvement targets.
Leadership
  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership for warehouse staff and temporary Warehouse Specialists: set clear expectations, assign work, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
  • Coach and develop team members on safety, quality, and process, giving direct feedback and escalating performance issues when needed.
Client Support
  • Assist the Technical Solutions Manager with on‑site installations as needed.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials within the job site as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or light assembly; prior lead or supervisor experience preferred.
  • Comfortable in a hands‑on role that blends physical work, process ownership, and basic system use (inventory/labeling/shipping tools and spreadsheets).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification in accordance with safety standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
  • Proven ability to set expectations, coordinate work, and support a small team in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Comfortable working in active construction and data center environments.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork aligned with BROGAV values.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary
  • Health and dental insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid time off.
  • Career growth opportunities in one of the fastest‑growing industries.
