The Finance & Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. This role combines financial analysis with business analytics to drive insights and organizational performance. Working closely with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams, this position is responsible for developing financial models, maintaining forecasts, analyzing financial and operational performance, supporting cash flow planning, and providing analytical insights that support organizational decision-making. The Finance  & Business Analyst translates financial and operational data into actionable insights that support organizational strategy, resource allocation, and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

Drive Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain multi-year financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses that support strategic planning.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance, operational changes, and emerging trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and resource allocation.
  • Support business cases and financial evaluations for strategic initiatives and investments.

Deliver Meaningful Business Insights

  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across financial and operational areas.

Contribute to Organizational Excellence

  • Assist with annual audits by preparing schedules, analyses, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for leadership, board committees, lenders, auditors, and other stakeholders.
