Role Description The Insurance Agent role at Trinity Wealth Group is a full-time hybrid position based in Manalapan, NJ, with flexibility for some work from home. The Insurance Agent will consult with individuals, families, and business owners to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions across life, health, Medicare Supplement, and property and casualty coverage. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospects and clients, explaining insurance products in clear terms, preparing quotes and proposals, and facilitating applications and policy changes. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, responding to inquiries and claims-related questions, and coordinating with internal team members to deliver a high level of service. The Insurance Agent is expected to uphold the firm’s values by prioritizing client interests, maintaining ethical standards, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience and proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to match client needs to appropriate coverage options.
  • Strong knowledge of Insurance products, including life, health, Medicare Supplement, and property and casualty lines.
  • Foundational understanding of Finance to support holistic conversations about risk management and financial protection.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with diverse client populations.
  • Relevant insurance licenses for the state of New Jersey (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships, manage a pipeline of prospects, and meet production goals ethically and consistently.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and basic office software to manage client information and workflows.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client-focused service; prior experience in a financial services or advisory environment is beneficial.
