- Candidates should possess skills in Finance to understand premiums, deductibles, and how coverage impacts clients’ financial plans.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to provide clear communication, responsive support, and a positive client experience.
- Relevant state insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe) is required.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities are beneficial.
- Comfort with using agency management software, CRM tools, and basic office applications is beneficial.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related client-facing role is preferred but not required.
