The Producer / Maker is a hands-on content creator responsible for bringing the organization's brand and content strategies to life through high-quality, engaging and platform-native assets.
This role serves as a core execution engine supporting Brand and Content functions by translating strategic direction into visible, compelling and measurable outputs across channels.
This role is designed for a modern, multi-skilled creator who can film, edit, design, write and publish content with a strong understanding of how brands show up visually and culturally today. This role will contribute to campaigns, member retention & acquisition storytelling, event design and coverage, ensuring consistency, creativity, and speed in execution.
This role requires strong creative judgment, attention to detail and the ability to execute within defined brand and campaign frameworks.

Core responsibilities and tasks include:
Content Creation & Production
  • Produce high-quality, multi-format content including video, short-form social content, graphics and written assets
  • Film and edit video content for campaigns, events, interviews and storytelling initiatives
  • Develop content that is optimized for digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, email, social channels, etc.)
  • Execute on creative briefs provided by CRM, Brand, and Content leads
Campaign & CRM Support
  • Create assets that support CRM campaigns, including email visuals, nurture content and engagement touchpoints
  • Translate campaign strategies into compelling content that drives engagement and conversion
  • Support lifecycle marketing efforts by producing content aligned to different audience stages (prospects, members, partners)
Brand Execution & Visual Consistency
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity
  • Contribute to maintaining a consistent and modern brand presence across all channels
  • Apply strong design sensibility to elevate the quality and impact of content outputs
Event & Storytelling Content
  • Capture and produce content from events, including highlights, recaps and real-time social assets
  • Develop member stories, testimonials and thought leadership content in collaboration with internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to turn existing content into engaging, repurposed formats
Platform & Publishing Management
  • Publish and manage content across relevant platforms, ensuring proper formatting and optimization

  • Monitor performance of content and make adjustments to improve effectiveness
Collaboration & Execution Excellence
  • Work closely with CRM, Brand, and Content teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
