What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well-being throughout the day and night.
  • Assist with vital signs and document health observations with care and accuracy.
  • Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies while preserving the dignity of those involved.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.
  • Provide trauma-informed, compassionate support to clients.
  • Partner closely with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain a clean, healing environment.
Who You Are:

  • A team player who puts patient care first
  • Able to pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen: HB531 | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
  • Clean driving record
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • HS diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelor's in psychology or social work, preferred
